AXOMATIC designs and produces the following range of machines:

VACUUM MIXER TURBO - For preparing stable emulsions. These machines are equipped with counter-rotating blades for slow mixing and a turbine on the base which can move at up to 3000 turns/min. in order to finely disperse all the necessary raw materials and obtain the finished product.
AXOMATIC's co-axial mixers go from small size (5 litres) to big size (4000 litres). Moreover Axomatic can supply undervacuum heated emulsifiers with double omogenizing turbine and product recirculation, suitable to obtain the maximum dispersion of components.

HOT MELTERS - Accessory machines to the vacuum mixers which prepare a fat phase. Their capacity varies from 5 to 3,000 litres.

PNEUMATIC DOSING MACHINES - For filling with dense and semi-dense products. Dosage capacity from 3 to 1,100 ml.

TUBE FILLING MACHINES - For filling and closing metal, polythene and rolled tubes. The different technical solutions we use are the fruit of many years of experience, in many cases covered by international patent.
Our machines can close:
• aluminium tubes with simple/double and saddle fold;
• polythene and rolled tubes with the "hot jaw" and "hot air" systems.
AXOMATIC machines are designed following a concept of effective modularity. All the optionals can be added not only when purchased but also later on.

CARTONING MACHINE - The intermittent motion balcony cartoning machine THESI 120  has been produced and studied to satisfy even the requests of the most qualified Customer which ask to a cartoning machine new solutions that integrate CEE and GMP rules.

COMPLETE LINES - We offer our clients a turnkey service that goes from product manufacture using our vacuum mixers to final tube packing in their boxes. Our complete lines can produce from a minimum of 1,000 pieces/hour to a maximum of 16,000 pieces/hour.
