The intermittent motion balcony cartoning machine THESI 120  has been produced and studied to satisfy even the requests of the most qualified Customer which ask to a cartoning machine new solutions that integrate CEE and GMP rules.
The machine is fitted with:
- separation  of  mechanical parts from that of motion, avoiding in this way every contamination of product;
- transport of cartons by plastic belts to avoid the sliding of the carton on the metallic parts;
- the particular opening (Patent Pending) permits to handle in absolute safety even the smaller carton with internal separator;
- the Cartons can be: pre-sized, with tuck-in closure, with par or alternate edges, by HOT MELT, or mixed sized/tuck-in closure.
- the technological process is controlled by a high performance PLC and by a colour function display TOUCH & SCREEN, with several pages for the displaying of the functions.
